VHP Team Members have significant experience in complex construction and development providing solutions through our knowledge of the process and problem solving in all environments. Whether on the side of mountain, in hurricane zones or navigating the traditional aspects of permits or entitlements our ability to find solutions to the complexities of every project with our clients best interest in mind is paramount to the success of every project .
LEADERSHIP
Cory Lepper
After years leading the land development teams of two of the nations largest national homebuilders VHP was formed to focus on boutique land development for custom home building . Cory has a BA in Economics from Concordia College and a graduate degree in Landscape Architecture and Development from the University of Colorado School of Architecture. With over 20 years of professional experience ranging from development of large master planned communities to small infill neighborhoods and designing and building custom homes this foundation and academic background provides the vision to build and develop premium projects within many unique settings.
Heather Lepper
A native of the mountains of Western North Carolina Heather leads the design development and interior finishes and selections for VHP projects. Heather graduated from Appalachian State University with a BA in Interior Architecture and Design. Prior to founding VHP Heather worked in some of the largest Architecture and Interior Design firms in the country. With her business acumen and design sensibility she assists in navigating the process to create interiors that are timeless and budget conscious.
Jesse Steinwand
Jesse leads the Construction Operations for all Minnesota based projects. Prior to joining VHP Jesse successfully owned and operated a general contracting firm with a focus on meticulous craftsmanship and high quality finishes. With an academic focus on construct management and the skills and relationships with trades and craftsman his technical experience in paramount to the successful execution and timely delivery of every VHP project. In his downtime Jesse is active in the local fire department and coaches his daughters softball team in the local organization.
Jeremy Rupp
Jeremy is originally from Bismarck, North Dakota and has been in the construction industry since completing his Bachelor in Construction Management at Colorado State University. Jeremy leads all Construction Operations for Big Sky, Montana projects. With a diverse background in production home building and custom home building Jeremy brings a strong background of successfully delivering projects on time and on budget. Jeremy is an avid downhill mountain biker and skier and coaches his sons hockey team and is active in the Bozeman hockey community.
